OUR CHAPTER HOUSE
Our 10,000-square-foot Beta Theta Pi house is a cornerstone of our fraternity, offering a comfortable and dynamic living environment for our members. Designed with both convenience and community in mind, the house features 19 rooms that accommodate 29 members, providing options for both singles and doubles. The rent includes lunch and dinner prepared by our in-house chef Monday through Friday, ensuring that our members are well-fed and fueled for success. More than just a residence, the Beta house is a vibrant space where life-long friendships are forged, and personal and academic growth are supported in every way possible.
ROOM RATES
We offer the best rates on campus. It costs $1200 for a single and $1000 for a double.
AMENITIES
The Beta house includes an indoor Gym Facility, in-house Chef, Billiard Table, Foosball Table, Outdoor Patio, and TV Room.
PARKING
Members are granted Parking year-round. This is a savings of $2000+ annually.
LIBRARY
A sound-proof Study Room ensuring a suitable, academic environment to uphold the values in it.
CHEF
Our monthly rent includes a lunch and dinner prepared by our in-house Chef
Waldy, which amounts to 10 professional meals a week.
